Privacy & your booking.

We collect your name, email and WhatsApp number to process your booking, identify your event registration and provide event-related information. Card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored in our attendee records.

At SAMA checkout, you can share your Instagram username or leave it blank. After payment, you can update your choice and add a brief bio when you complete your registration. These details stay private with the organizer.

Registration records are stored in the application database and synchronized to the organizer’s private Google spreadsheet. Access is restricted to the organizer and the services needed to operate the booking system.

Booking confirmation emails are part of your purchase. Invitations to future events require your separate, optional consent. We do not automatically add you to WhatsApp groups; joining an event’s community is your choice.

For help correcting your details, withdrawing communication consent or requesting deletion, contact the support email shown on your event page. Some payment records may need to be retained for accounting and dispute handling.
